Urban Solid-Refuse Collection Services – Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders For Collection And Washing Services At Voluntary Drop-Off Points For Glass, Newspapers, Journals, Magazines, Recyclable Household Packaging And Household Waste On Community Territory. This Contract Concerns The Collection And Washing Of Voluntary Drop-Off Points For Glass, Newspapers, Magazines, Recyclable Household Packaging And Household Waste On The Community Territory As Well As The Transport Of The Collected Flows To The Outlets. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of Twelve (12) Months. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded As Of February 5, 2027 Or Its Date Of Notification To The Holder If This Is Later. This Framework Agreement Includes Three Tacit Renewals For A Duration Of Twelve (12) Months Each. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With No Minimum, With A Maximum Of 1,500,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Initial Period Of Twelve Months And For Each Of The Three Renewals Of The Same Duration, I.E. A Cumulative Maximum Of 6,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, All Renewals Included. This Framework Agreement Concerns The Entire Community Territory, Namely The Municipalities Of Arles, Tarascon, Saint-Martin-De-Crau, Saintes-Maries-De-La-Mer, Boulbon And Saint-Pierre-De-Mézoargues. The Description Of The Services, Their Technical Specifications As Well As The Provision Of The Requested Documents Are Indicated In The Specific Technical Clauses Specification.
