The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Realization Of The Construction Plan Revitalization Of The Svobody Park In Zlín, Which Will Be Implemented Simultaneously And In A Close Material, Spatial And Temporal Connection To The Construction Of The Revitalization Of The Zlín Castle - Stage I. The Construction Deals With The Comprehensive Restoration Of The Public Park And The Immediate Surroundings Of The Immovable Cultural Monument Of The Zlín Castle, Especially In The Scope Of New Paved And Paved Areas For Pedestrian And Service Traffic, Public Lighting, Water Features, Irrigation Systems, Landscape And Orchard Improvements, Urban Furniture, Low-Current Technologies And Related Transitions And Connections Of Utility Networks. The Construction Is Divided Into The Park Part And The Zlín Castle Surroundings Part, While Both Contracts Form One Functional And Operational Unit And Will Be Implemented In Temporal And Technological Continuity. The Subject Of The Public Contract Also Includes Landscape And Orchard Improvements, Including Subsequent Five-Year Care For Planting And Landscaping. The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Take Place During The Operation Of The Construction Site, Shared With Other Construction Projects Of The Same Client And With The Activities Of Third Parties. Part Of The Performance Is The Subsequent Care Of The Planting For A Period Of 5 Years From The Handover And Acceptance Of The Construction Part Of The Work.
