The Object Of The Framework Agreement Is The Establishment Of The Conditions That Will Govern The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts With The Object Of Rendering Services For The Elaboration Of Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Public Investment Objectives Of The Municipality Of Brașov, For A Period Of 48 Months. Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded According To The Actual Needs Of The Contracting Authority, The Priorities Of The Investment Program And The Existence Of Funding Sources, Without The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Creating The Obligation To Purchase The Maximum Estimated Quantities. The Services Will Include, As The Case May Be, All The Design Phases Provided By The Legislation In Force, The Necessary Studies And Expertise, The Documentation For Obtaining Approvals And Agreements, The Technical Verification Of The Projects, The Technical Assistance From The Designer And Any Other Related Services Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investments, As Detailed In The Specifications And Requested By Each Subsequent Contract. The Field Of Investments Provided For In The Framework Agreement Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Civil Constructions, Road And Building Infrastructure, Urban Mobility, Urban Regeneration, Public Spaces And Green Areas, Energy Efficiency, Built Heritage, Sports, Cultural, Educational, Health Infrastructure, Smart City Projects And Other Investments Within The Competence Of The Contracting Authority. The Objective Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure, Under Conditions Of Efficiency, Continuity And Predictability, The Technical Documentation Development Services Necessary For The Preparation And Implementation Of Public Investments Of The Municipality Of Brașov. The Services Will Cover All The Design Phases Provided By The Applicable Legislation, Including The Development Of Substantiation Studies, Technical-Economic Documentation, Authorization Documentation, Technical Projects, Project Verification, Technical Assistance From The Designer And Other Related Services Required, Depending On The Specifics Of Each Investment Objective. The Documentation May Be Requested For Investments In The Field Of Civil Constructions, Transport Infrastructure, Urban Development, Technical-Building Infrastructure, Energy Efficiency, Environmental Protection, Built Heritage And Smart City Systems, As Well As For Other Investments Within The Competence Of The Contracting Authority. The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is: 170,485,000.00 Lei Without Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Was Determined By Reference To The Estimated Need For Services For The Period Of 48 Months, Based On The Annual And Multi-Annual Investment Program Of The Municipality Of Brașov, The Investments In Various Stages Of Preparation And Implementation, The Projects Estimated To Be Promoted According To The Financing Opportunities, As Well As The Experience Gained In Carrying Out Similar Contracts.
