Control, Safety Or Signaling Equipment For Roads – Framework Agreement For The Supply And Commissioning Of Additional Equipment And Facilities, Related To The Investment Objective Elevation Of Pedestrian Crossings And Intersections In The Vicinity Of Educational Institutions And Congested Areas. The Context That Determined The Acquisition Is Given By The Increase In Road Safety And Pedestrian Safety In The Administrative Radius Of Sector 3 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest, Through Specific Interventions On Approximately 1,100 Objectives (Pedestrian Crossings And Intersections) Located Mainly In The Vicinity Of Educational Units And Congested Areas. The Necessity And Opportunity Of The Investment Are Based On The Official Statistical Data Provided By The Road Brigade, Which Indicate A High Number Of Road Accidents In Sector 3, A Significant Proportion Of Them Having As The Main Cause The Failure To Give Priority To Pedestrians. The General Technical Solution Mainly Includes: • Traffic Calming Measures, By Raising Pedestrian Crossings And Intersections; • Complete Modernization Of The Lighting System In The Area Of ​​Pedestrian Crossings, With New Poles (With And Without Console) And Led Technology; • Implementation Of An Intelligent Public Lighting System, With Presence Detection, Its Dynamic Signaling And Energy Management; • Vertical And Horizontal Road Signs, Tactile Markings, Safety Elements And Road Guidance; • Related Works Of Underground Electrical Networks And Rainwater Collection. The Elements Described Above Are Part Of A Large Project That Is Currently Being Implemented At The Level Of Sector 3 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest, Respectively Through The Component: Execution Of Road Infrastructure Works: The Elevation Of Pedestrian Crossings And Intersections, Road Structures, Curbs, Sidewalks, Vertical Systematization, Horizontal And Vertical Road Signs, Safety Elements And Road Guidance, Rainwater Collection Systems And Through The Component: Realization Of The Infrastructure Of Public Lighting: Underground Electrical Networks (Protection Tubes, Power And Low Current Cables), Foundations, Lighting Poles With And Without Console, Connections And Connections, Related Documentation, Notices And Atr. The Object Of This Procedure Is The Acquisition Of Equipment And Additional Equipment Of The Nature Of Those Included, According To The Structure Of The General Estimate, In Chapter C12 - Technological Equipment With Assembly And Related Assembly, Which Can Be Found In The Projects Mentioned Above. These Benchmarks Represent The Active, Technological Component Of The Intelligent Public Lighting System And The Its Warning Subsystem, Which Are Mounted On The Infrastructure Created By The Two Previously Mentioned Contracts. By Awarding This Contract, The Functional Configuration Of The 1,100 Objectives Is Completed And, From The Point Of View Of The Technical Deliverables, The Investment Objective Proposed For Financing Is Closed, Allowing The Achievement Of The Indicators Assumed Through The Financing Request. The Framework Agreement Includes, But Is Not Limited To: • Supply Of New, Unused Items In Original Packaging; • Transportation, Handling And Temporary Storage Under Appropriate Conditions; • Mounting On The Posts And Brackets
