Meal Delivery Service – Catering Services - Supply And Delivery Of Meals In Cold Connection For School Catering For The Commune Of Crolles / Departmental Council Of Isère Order Group. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Define The Conditions Of Intervention Of The Service Provider For The Manufacture And Delivery Of Meals, Via Cold Connection, For School Canteens And A College. This Service Will Be Carried Out On Behalf Of A Group Of Orders. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months, Renewable 3 Times For The Same Period, I.E. 48 Months In Total. The Start Date Is Indicated As A Provisional (January 2027). The Start Date Will Be Notified By Service Order. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Maximum Amounts Are 650,000 Euros Excluding Vat Per Period, Or 2,600,000 Euros Excluding Vat Maximum For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement.
