The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Reagents / Control Sets / Cards / Solutions / Fluids / Reference Blood Cells / Consumables For Tests In The Field Of Transfusion Immunology Using The Microcolumn Method (Compatible With Diamed Devices (Bio-Rad Brand) Owned By The Ordering Party) To The Regional Center For Blood Donation And Blood Treatment In Łódź. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annexes No. 2 And 9 To The Swz. 2. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz (Designed Provisions Of The Contract). 3. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Regional Center For Blood Donation And Blood Treatment In Łódź (Located At Ul. Franciszkańska 17/25, 91-433 Łódź) Will Be Carried Out At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. 4. Whenever In The Swz And Its Annexes The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, This Should Only Be Understood As Presenting An Example Of The Product, Process, Solution Or Functionality, I.E. Specifying The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Of The Product, Material Or Technology, And It Should Be Assumed That Such An Indication Is Always Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent/E. Such An Indication Is Intended Only To Clarify The Expectations Of The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, And The Offered Equivalent Solutions Should Have Parameters No Worse Than Those Specified By The Ordering Party. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies Or Services He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
