Engineering Studies – Creation Of Wastewater Treatment Master Plans For Various Municipalities That Are Members Of The Nîmes Métropole Agglomeration Community. This Framework Agreement Relating To The Wastewater Sanitation Master Plan Launched In 12 Municipalities: Domessargues / Montagnac / Moulézan / Mauressargues / Haute-Braune (Gajan / Fons Outre-Gardon / Saint-Bauzély / Saint-Mamert-Du-Gard) / Poulx / Lédenon / Marguerittes / Saint-Gilles Aims For Each Of Them To: Collective And Non-Collective Sanitation • Make A General Assessment Of All The Work And Actions To Be Carried Out And Define Priorities According To The Issues (Particularly Environmental) • Guarantee That The Infrastructures (Sewage Treatment Plants And Networks) Will Have The Necessary Capacities To Accommodate The New Inhabitants Envisaged In The Future • Arrive At A Program Of Works And Actions, Which Are Perfectly Compatible With The Financial Means Of The Community And Its Current And Future Town Planning Documents This Contract Is Concluded For A Period Whose Duration Begins On The Date Set Subsequently In The Service Order For The Start Of Services And Ends After 48 Months. This Contract Is Not Renewable. All Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed. For This Framework Agreement, The Maximum Amount Is €2,000,000 Excluding Tax.
