The Promisor-Acquirer Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Quantity Estimated At The Level Of The Award Documentation By Up To A Maximum Of 10% Of The Maximum Quantity For The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, For Each Individual Product Category. The Price Of The Products That Will Be Additionally Purchased Based On The Review Clause Will Be That Of The Financial Proposal Underlying The Framework Agreement (Adjusted As Appropriate According To The Adjustment Formula), And The Time Period In Which This Option Will Be Used By The Promisor-Acquirer Is For The Entire Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract. Considering The Review Clause Above, The Minimum Value Of The Range From Section Ii.1.5 Of The Data Sheet Represents The Minimum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement, Respectively 1,504,500.00 Lei, And The Maximum Value Of The Range Represents The Value Calculated By Taking Into Account The 10% Supplement To The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement, Respectively 3,105,300.00 Lei. The Value Of The Supplement Is 282,300.00 Lei Without And The Technical And Financial Offers Will Fall Within The Estimated Value, Without The 10% Supplement, Respectively Within The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Of 2,823,000.00 Lei. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, May Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And The Provisions Of Anap Instruction No. 1/2021. Note: The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reallocate The Quantities, Depending On The Need To Achieve The Objective Of The Framework Agreement, In Compliance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para.
