The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Technical Design Of The System, Covering The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Part Iv Of The Swz. The Project Must Be Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is Intended To Serve And Comply With Applicable Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Project To The Extent Required By Applicable Law; 2) Delivery Of All Equipment And Materials Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party In Part Iv Of The Swz In Point 2.1.; 3) Performance Of Work Necessary For The Proper Location, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of The System, Consisting In Particular Of Renewable Energy Installations, Control Automation And Management And Protection Systems, 4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Commissioning Of The System, As Well As Performance Of Any Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Tor, Applicable Legal Provisions To The Extent They Apply, And Recommendations Of The Relevant Public Administration Authorities; 5) Conducting Instructions For Persons Designated By The Ordering Party In The Use Of The System Together With The Necessary Infrastructure, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Part Iv Of The Swz; 6) Granting A Quality Guarantee And Providing Services Resulting From It, Including Performing Inspections And Services Necessary To Maintain The Quality Guarantee, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Part Iv Of The Swz. 3. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Constitute An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Are Included In Part Iv Of The Swz, Where, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Also Indicated The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Is Obliged To Perform The Services Resulting From It. The Warranty Requirements Are Specified In Parts Iii And Iv Of The Swz. 6. The Delivered Item Must Be Brand New, Not Exhibited At Exhibitions, Complete And Technically Functional. The Statement Brand New Should Be Understood As The Subject Of The Order In Its Original Packaging, Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation After Production. 7. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects
