The Subject Of The Contract Is: Performing The Function Of Contract Engineer For The Investment Task Titled Modernization And Expansion Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Biłgoraj, Carried Out In The Design And Build 2 Formula. The Scope Of Tasks Of The Contract Engineer Includes: A) Comprehensive Supervision Over The Implementation Of Design Works B) Comprehensive Supervision Over Construction Works, Deliveries And Assembly C) Comprehensive Supervision Over The Commissioning, Tests, Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Investment; D) Comprehensive Supervision During The Warranty And Guarantee Period. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Procedure And The Scope Of Work Covered By The Supervision During The Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 4. The Order Includes In Particular The Investors Supervision Specified In Articles 25 And 27 Of The Construction Law And Other Obligations Included In This Swz And Its Annexes, In Particular The Provision Of An Investors Supervision Inspector Under The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law And This Tor With Annexes. 6. The Procurement Documents Should Be Interpreted Jointly As Mutually Complementary.
