The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion Of The District Court Building In Grodzisk Mazowiecki At Ul. Bartniaka 21/23 Along With The Reconstruction Of The Existing Court Building. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Three Stages: A) Stage I: Preparation Of The Concept, B) Stage Ii: Preparation Of The Construction Design Together With Submitting An Application For A Building Permit, C) Stage Iii: Preparation Of Detailed Designs, Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, Participation In The Meeting Of The Technical And Economic Committee And Obtaining And Submitting The Final Decision On The Building Permit To The Ordering Party, As Well As Providing Support To The Ordering Party In Answering Contractors Questions At The Stage Of The Procedure Tender For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works. Right Of Option 1) If The Tender Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works Is Initiated On The Basis Of The Documentation In Question (Planned For 2028), Until The Completion Of The Construction Works By The Contractor, Which Is Expected To Be Carried Out In The Years 2028-2030, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Demand Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference. The Above Activity Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Written Notification Submitted By The Ordering Party. 2) The Rules And Deadlines For Exercising The Option Right By The Ordering Party Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference And In The Draft Contract, Which Is Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference. 3) The Net Remuneration For Exercising The Option Right Cannot Be Lower Than 15% Of The Net Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Basic Order, I.E. For The Preparation Of Design Documentation Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form. Indicating The Net Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Scope Covered By The Option Right In The Offer Form In An Amount Lower Than That Specified Above Will Mean Non-Compliance Of The Content Of The Offer With The Terms Of The Order And Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act. The Value Of The Remuneration For Exercising The Option Right Is Not Subject To Correction Or Supplementation, Except For Cases In Which The Public Procurement Law Requires The Correction Of An Error.
