The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is As Follows: Assistance To Project Management For The Amicable Acquisition Of Land In The Recycling Sector Within The Framework Of The Orcod-In Of Ile-De-France. This Mission Concerns Transversal Support For Acquisitions, Excluding Expropriation Procedures (Already Existing Markets), In All Their Dimensions: Contact With Households, Negotiation, Organization Of Exchanges Of Documents And Visits, Administrative Preparation Of Files, Interface Between All Stakeholders, And All Transversal Actions Facilitating Acquisitions By The Epf. The Market Complements Already Existing Interventions: - Work Carried Out Directly By Epf Teams, - Interventions By Grand Paris Aménagement Under The Horizontal Cooperation Agreement, - Interventions By Service Providers In Charge Of Carrying Out Expropriation Procedures. The Contract Is Treated At Unit Prices (Article R2112-6 1°), In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R2162-1 Et Seq. On The One Hand, And R2162-13-14 On The Other Hand. The Services Will Be Carried Out According To The Needs Of The Etablissement Public Foncier Ile-De-France, By Issuing Successive Purchase Orders Notified To The Holder Until The Last Day Of Validity Of The Contract. The Order Forms Will Specify In Particular The Nature Of The Service To Be Performed, The Execution Time And The Place Of Execution. The Minimum Amount Is As Follows: None. The Maximum Amount Is As Follows: 380,000 Euros Excluding Tax, For The Total Duration Of The Contract. The Unit Prices Will Relate To The Execution Of The Following Services: • Mission 1 - Administrative Organization Of The Process Prior To Acquisitions: Setting Up Meetings, Organization Of Visits, Mobilization Of The Various Stakeholders Concerned, • Mission 2 - Monitoring And Concretization Of Sales Agreements With Households And Preparation Of The Formal Files Necessary For The Epfif To Carry Out These Acquisitions, According To The Formats Described Below, • Mission 3 - Organization Of Bodies And Project Committee, • Mission 4 - Reporting And Relations With The Epfif Project Owner. The Terms And Characteristics Of The Services To Be Carried Out Are Indicated In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P)
