Health And Safety Consultancy Services – Coordination Mission In Terms Of Safety And Health Protection (Csps) Relating To Work On The Water And Sanitation Networks, Gemapi And Roads. This Consultation Concerns The Carrying Out Of Health Protection Safety Coordination Missions (Csps) Within The Framework Of Drinking Water, Wastewater And Rainwater Network And Works Projects Within The Perimeter Of The Béziers Méditerranée Urban Community, Including Work Linked To Gemapi And Roads. Coordination Missions In Terms Of Security And Health Protection Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Law No. 93-1418 Of December 31, 1993 And Its Implementing Decrees In Force For Each Coordination Mission Ordered. As Part Of This Contract, Missions Will Be Limited To Categories 2 And 3; No Category 1 Mission. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 12 Months From Its Notification. The Framework Agreement Is Tacitly Renewed Until Its End. The Number Of Renewal Periods Is Set At 3. The Duration Of Each Renewal Period Is 12 Months. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices. Minimum Amount Of Services For The Initial Period Of The Framework Agreement: 20,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And Maximum Amount Of Services For The Same Period: 120,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax The Amounts Will Be Identical For Each Renewal Period
