The Service Provider Must Ensure Consistency Between Phases, Guarantee The Quality Of Deliverables, And Demonstrate Availability And Responsiveness Throughout The Mission. The Expected Mission Includes Stages, Including Phasing, And Organization Will Be Proposed By The Candidate.
