Roadworks – New Accesses To The Southern Extension Of The Port Of Barcelona. Phase 2A. File Key: Ob-Gp-P-0870/2020. The Purpose Of This Tender Is The Contracting Of The Work New Accesses To The Southern Expansion Of The Port Of Barcelona. Phase 2A Which Consists Of The Construction Of A New Road Junction That Allows Adequate Articulation Between The Structuring Road Network Of The Port Of Barcelona And The New Access Highway To The Port. This Road Junction, To Be Developed On The Old Mouth Of The Llobregat River, Will Constitute The Most Important Road Infrastructure In The Port And Must Be Compatible With The Important Railway Junction To Be Developed In The Old Channel. This Road Link Will Consist Of A Large Elevated Roundabout With Three Branches, Whose Conditions Are Imposed By The Railway Infrastructure To Be Developed In That Same Location. This Link Consists Of A Connection With The New Highway, Another Connection With The Southern Extension And A Third Connection That Will Allow Access To The Port Facilities Located North Of The Old Mouth. The Link Will Also Have 3 Direct Lanes. It Also Aims To Facilitate The Future Crossing Under The Railway Infrastructure Of Service Networks, For Which A Service Gallery Has Been Planned. Likewise, It Includes A Provisional Connection With The Road Infrastructure Located To The North. The Provisional Connection, Included In This Action, Allows The Connection With 4Th Street. A Definitive Connection Will Remain Pending To Be Developed In The Future, Which Is Not The Object Of This Contract. This Definitive Connection Will Include A Viaduct That Will Allow The Direct Connection Of The New Link With Calle 3 Of The Port. The Execution Of This Definitive Connection With The Northern Area (New Access Project To The Southern Extension. Phase 2B) Will Be Executed After The Construction Of The New Berth 35B, Whose Execution Conditions The Spaces Necessary For The Development Of The Future Viaduct. The Work Must Be Executed In Accordance With The Published Project, Which Includes In Its Content The Technical Prescription Document.
