The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Rooms In The Business Park Nad Drwiną Facility In Krakow, Expansion With An External Staircase And An Elevator, And Construction Of A Parking Lot For The Tenants Needs. The Aim Of The Expansion And Reconstruction Is To Create Office And Conference Space With Residential, Social And Sanitary Facilities, As Well As A Warehouse. The Plots Where The Investment Is Planned Are Marked With Numbers 474/8 And 474/4 Rev. 105 Units Register Kraków-Podgórze. They Are Located In Krakow At Ul. Nad Drwiną 10. They Are Owned By Małopolska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. In Krakow. The Plots Have Access To A Public Road - From The North Side Of Ul. On The Drwina River. Buildings B 1.1; B 1.2 And B 1.3 Are Located Within The Business Park Nad Drwiną Complex, On Plot 474/8 Rev. 105 Units Register Kraków-Podgórze. This Is An Area Adapted For Office, Production And Warehouse Functions With Convenient Access And A Wide Parking Area. This Area Is Located In The Eastern Part Of Krakow. It Is A Complex Of Buildings After An Unfinished Investment In The Repair Of Military Plants Carried Out In The 1980S. The Parking Lot Will Be Located On Plot 474/4 Rev. 105 Units Register Kraków-Podgórze. The Order Includes:  Securing The Construction Site By The Contractor,  Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works Along With Installing Equipment, In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Obtain A Decision On The Permit To Use The Facilities, In The Scope Of: 1) Reconstruction Of Part Of The B-1.2 Building Located On Plot No. 474/8 Rev. 105 Podgórze, Including The Adaptation Of The Area For Office And Conference Purposes With Social And Sanitary Facilities And Horizontal And Vertical Communication, Along With The Construction Of An External Staircase With An Elevator (Task 1), 2) Construction Of A Parking Lot For 100 Passenger Cars With Access Control (Barriers) And Lighting On Plot No. 474/4 Rev. 105 Podgórze (Task 2), 3) Reconstruction/Renovation Of Space In Buildings B-1.1 And B-1.3 In Order To Adapt It To The Tenants Needs For A Warehouse And Social And Technical Facilities (Task 3).  Development And Delivery Of As-Built Technical Documentation To The Ordering Party In Two Copies And On A Digital Data Carrier,  Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Obtained Final Decisions On The Permit To Use The Rebuilt Area, Required By Applicable Law,  Handing Over The Facilities In The Manner And On The Agreed Date And In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law;  As Part Of Warranty And Warranty Obligations, During Their Duration, Removal Of Defects And Faults And Repair Of Installed Devices, Including Periodic Inspections Of Built-In Devices, In Accordance With The Operating Instructions For These Devices.
