As A Result Of The Construction Project For The Depot Access Route And The Measures Carried Out In This Context, Various Types Of Old Materials Will Be Generated In The Coming Years. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Disposal Of Various Mineral And Non-Mineral Materials. Mineral Materials (Soil, Track Ballast, Concrete, Asphalt, Etc.) Are Transported By The Construction Companies To An Interim Storage Facility Provided By The Contractor. Sampling And Analysis Takes Place There By A Specialist Construction Manager Commissioned By The Client (Geological And Waste Management Construction Supervision). Based On The Analysis Results, The Materials Must Be Recycled/Disposed Of. The Interim Storage Area Should Be Designed In Such A Way That Up To Approximately 10,000 Tons Of Contaminated Excavated Material With Unknown Contamination Can Be Stored Professionally And Kept For Sampling At The Same Time During Peak Times. The Interim Storage Area Must Be Paved And Covered So That Pollutant Leaching And Transport Can Be Prevented. It Must Be Possible To Store The Delivered Material In Separate Rentals (Max. 300 M³). Non-Mineral Waste Materials (Plastics, Wood, Metal, Etc.) Should Be Collected In Containers Provided By The Contractor In The Construction Site Area And Then Sent For Recycling/Disposal. Any Necessary Sampling And Analyzes Will Be Carried Out By A Specialist Construction Manager Commissioned By The Client (Geological And Waste Management Construction Supervision). All Materials Must Be Disposed Of Without Damage, Properly (§7 (3) Circular Economy Act (Krwg)) And With The Highest Possible Quality (§8 (1) Krwg), §6 Krwg).
