Diesel Oil - 361,800 Liters, According To The Pn-En 590:2026-01 Standard Or Equivalent, Unleaded Petrol 95 - 2,000 Liters, According To The Pn-En 228+A1:2017-06 Standard Or Equivalent. The Indicated Fuel Quantities Are Estimated (Maximum) Quantities. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Purchase Fuel In Full Quantity, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Failure To Complete The Order In Full (§ 1 Section 4 And § 4 Section 2 Of The Contract Template - Annex No. 10 To The Swz). 4.
