All Renovation Work Is Carried Out During Ongoing Operations And In Different Construction Phases. This List Of Services Includes The Trades: Windows - Wood/Aluminium, Aluminum Doors/Glass, External Blinds/Venetian Blinds, Sealing Work, Demolition Work. Delivery And Installation Of Aluminum Windows And Wood-Aluminium Windows (Wood Spruce/Anodized Aluminum Ev1) In Various Formats, 1 To 4 Parts, Uw = 1.0 W/M2k, Triple Insulating Glazing With Lsg On 2 Sides, Delivery And Installation Of Aluminum External Door Elements, 1 And 2-Leaf, Rc2n, With Panic Fitting, Overhead Door Closer, Emergency Exit Locks And Floor Seal, Barrier-Free According To Din 18040. Post-Transom Facade (Aluminium, Black, Ucw = 1.1 W/M2k) Including Fixed Glazing, Windows, Doors And Panels As Well As A Vestibule Construction. Industrial Glass Facade (Profile Construction Glazing Type F, Ug 1.2 W/M2k, Approx. 1,020 M2) Including Steel Substructure, Weather Protection Grille And Ventilation Elements. External Blinds/Venetian Blinds With Electric Motor And Smi Interface, Emergency Blinds, Daylight Control, As Individual And Group Systems. Exterior And Interior Window Sills Made Of Extruded Aluminum Profiles Or Hpl-Coated Wood Material In Various Formats. Fittings Work: Emergency Exit Locks, Handle Sets, Bar Handles, Door Closers, Mortise Locks, Ground Sockets, Door Stoppers. Assembly Takes Place At Heights Of Up To 13.5 M Above Ground. The Scaffolding Is Provided By The Client. The Renovation Is Carried Out In Sections According To The Project Schedule. Delivery Must Be Made Just-In-Time In Individual Trips. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With All Applicable Technical Regulations, Accident Prevention Regulations And The Hygienic And Operational Requirements Of The Mhh. The Work Is Carried Out While The Building Is In Full Operation. The Contractor Must Plan And Carry Out All Measures In Such A Way That Operations, Particularly The Operation Of Sensitive Areas (E.G. Laboratories), Are Not Impaired At Any Time. Before Starting Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Find Out About The Local Conditions, Operational Processes And The Hygienic And Safety Requirements. The Resulting Expenses Must Be Included In The Standard Prices. Additional Claims For Compensation From This Cannot Be Asserted. In Particular, The Following Services And Requirements Are Part Of The Order: - Compliance With The In-House Hygiene, Safety And Access Regulations - Execution While Permanently Ensuring The Tightness Of The Building - Provision And Use Of Suitable Protective Measures Against Dust, Noise, Vibrations And Especially Moisture - Execution Of Noise-Intensive Work
