Building Construction Work – 26V0139pn - Conception Et Realisation Dune Cuisine Centrale. The Central Kitchens Of Toulouse Town Hall Provide All Meals For Schools And Senior Homes In The City. Built In 1983 For A Capacity Of 12,000 Meals Per Day, They Provide 36,000 Today. Health Requirements And Meal Production Development Needs Require The Creation Of A New Central Kitchen, Adapted And With Large Production Capacity (40,000 Meals Per Day). The Services Of This Contract Concern The Design And Construction Of A Central Kitchen Intended To Ensure The Production Of Approximately 40,000 Meals Per Day For The Needs Of The City Of Toulouse. These Meals Are Mainly Intended For School Children And Seniors. As An Indication, The Amount Of The Estimated Envelope For The Work Is Set At 26,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Plus Or Minus 10% (Value October 2026). This Envelope Will Be Refined During The Offer Phase. The Construction Of A Central Kitchen Involves Significant And Interrelated Technical Constraints. These Elements Require An Integrated And Coordinated Design Between The Designer (Architect/Be) And The Builder. A Strict Separation Between Studies And Works Would Present Risks Of Non-Compliance Or Technical Inadequacy. Consequently, The Use Of A Global Design-Build Contract, Awarded In Accordance With Article L.2171-1 Et Seq. And Article R.2171-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, Makes It Possible To Respond To All Of These Constraints. This Is A Works Contract, Aimed At The Design Of The Work And Its Construction.
