Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. Direct, Permanent Operation And Maintenance Service Of The Water Treatment Plant, Water Supply Network And Water Supply Devices In The Żabia Wola Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As Water Supply Network Service). 2. Direct, Permanent Operation And Maintenance Service Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Żabia Wola (Hereinafter Referred To As The Wastewater Treatment Plant) In The Scope Of Full Operation And Ongoing Maintenance (Hereinafter Referred To As The Wastewater Treatment Plant Service). 3. Direct, Permanent Operation And Maintenance Service Of The Sewage Network Together With Sewage Equipment Other Than The Sewage Treatment Plant In The Żabia Wola Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As The Sewerage Network Service). 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes 1. Commissioning Of Fixed Assets, Including The Entire Water And Sewage System In The Żabia Wola Commune, Including Water Treatment Plants And The Commune Sewage Treatment Plant In Żabia Wola. The Acceptance Will Take Place In A Handover Protocol With A List Of The Assets And A Description Of Their Technical Condition As At The Date Of Takeover (Inventory, Photographic Documentation, Meter Readings And Stock Levels). 2.
