Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport) – Moving Services For The Afd Group. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide The Moving Services Necessary To Regroup The Afd Groups Workforce On A Single Site, Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Gare Dausterlitz, At 20 Boulevard De Lhôpital, Paris 13Th. To Date, Afd Group Employees Are Spread Across Six Sites: Barthes, Mistral, Vivacity, Art & Co, Ef Gobelins And Proparco. As Part Of This Real Estate Operation, These Staff Will Be Grouped Together On The New Austerlitz Site, Planned To Be The First Two In September. The Arrival Site Will Be Fitted Out With A Set Of New Furniture As Well As Reused Furniture From The Various Current Sites. The Operation Must Therefore Integrate The Issues Of Transfer, Reuse, Recovery And, Where Applicable, Sale Of Existing Goods And Equipment. Scope Of Services: The Services Covered By This Call For Tenders Are Divided Into A Firm Tranche And An Optional Tranche.
