Electrical Domestic Appliances – Household Appliances 2027-2029 Mikalo Oy, Mikkelin Asumisoikes Oy. Mikalo Oy And Mikkelin Asumisoikes Oy Are Jointly Tendering For Home Appliance Purchases. The Object Of Procurement Are Refrigerators, Floor-Standing Stoves And Microwave Ovens. The Contract Period Is 3 Years, And The Customer Reserves The Right To Use The Two (2) Year Option Period. All Devices Are Purchased Installed As A Total Service, And The Offered Device Price Must Always Include Transportation, Layering, Installation Ready For Use, Electrical Or Connection Work, And Removal And Recycling Of The Old Device. Scope Of The Procurement, Limitations And Changes During The Contract Period: 1. Delimitation Of Mikkeli City Sites (Conditional Option): The Framework Arrangement Created As A Result Of The Competition Can Be Used Not Only By Mikkeli Oy And Mikkeli Asumisoikus Oy, But Also By The City Of Mikkeli. As Far As The City Is Concerned, The Agreement Is Limited To Only Those Rental Apartments Owned By The City Of Mikkeli That Are Hosted Or Maintained By Mikalo Oy. The Agreement Does Not Apply To The Citys Other Offices, Agencies Or Institutions. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Extend The Orders To These City Rental Apartments, If/If The Apartment Stocks In Question Are Transferred Directly To Mikalos Management Or Ownership During The Contract Period. For The City Of Mikkeli, The Need Concerns Occasional And Minor Purchases Of Household Appliances During The Contract Period. 2. New Construction, Renovations And Delivery Conditions For Large Lots: This Framework Agreement Can Be Used Not Only For Rental Housing Companies Ongoing Everyday Compensation Purchases, But Also For The Purchasing Units Own New Construction And Renovation Projects (E.G. Line Renovations And Renovations). In Large Renovation And New Projects, Where More Than Ten (10) Pieces Of Equipment Are Ordered At One Time To One Address, The Delivery Time And Logistics Are Agreed Separately On A Case-By-Case Basis Between The Procurement Unit And The Supplier According To The Schedule Of The Construction Site.
