Refuse Recycling Services – Collection And Management Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 From Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 - I.E. Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11) From Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała. Waste With Code 19 12 12 Is Generated As A Result Of Processing Municipal Waste At The Ordering Partys Plant And As A Ballast Fraction That Does Not Contain Waste Suitable For Material Recovery, It Should Be Subjected To Other Recovery Or Disposal Processes, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 And 2 To The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). Waste With Code 19 12 12 Intended For Recovery Or Disposal Will Come From The Process Of Sorting Mixed Municipal Waste And Municipal Waste From Selective Collection. The Processing Process Of The Above-Mentioned Waste Involves Its Mechanical And Manual Sorting Into Several Material Fractions On An Automated Sorting Line. As A Result Of This Process, In Addition To The So-Called Fractions Of Secondary Raw Materials And The So-Called Pre-Rdf, A Ballast Fraction Is Created With A Granulation Of 0-80 Mm (From Separately Collected Waste) And 80 Mm To Over 300 Mm (From Mixed And Separately Collected Waste), Which Can Be Subjected To Energy Recovery Or Other Forms Of Recovery/Disposal. This Waste Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor In Bulk. The Method And Place Of Management Of The Collected Waste Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular With The Requirements Of The Above-Mentioned. The Waste Act And Its Implementing Regulations. Waste Collection Will Take Place From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. /Or Hours Agreed With The Contractor, Previously Agreed By E-Mail Between The Contractor And The Ordering Partys Representative. The Contractor, No Later Than The Day Before Waste Collection, Agrees With The Ordering Partys Representative On The Planned Time Of Waste Collection. The Agreement Will Be Confirmed By Sending A Notification Containing: The Time Of Arrival Of The Vehicle, Registration Numbers Of The Tractor And Semi-Trailer, The Transporting Bdo Number And The Business Number Of The Bdo Taking Over The Waste. In The Absence Of Complete Notification Within The Above-Mentioned Deadline, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Release The Waste And To Charge Contractual Penalties In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Certified Scales (Located At The Ordering Partys Plant). The Reading From The Ordering Partys Scale Will Constitute The Sole Basis For Determining The Amount Of Waste Collected Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. Documents Related To The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Issued In Accordance With The Legal Requirements In This Regard. The Document Constituting The Basis For Issuing Vat Invoices Is The Confirmation Of Waste Receipt By The Contractor On The Waste Transfer Card Generated In The Bdo System. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For Loading Waste With Code 19 12 12. The Ordering Party Will Enable The Contractor
