The Underlying Framework Agreement Ends On March 2, 2027. Follow-Up Procurement Is Therefore Necessary To Ensure Uninterrupted Operation And Continuous Development Of The System. The Aim Of This Tender Is Therefore To Conclude A Framework Agreement For Consulting, Development And Support Services For The Existing Crm System Including The Gematik-Specific Extensions. The Services Include, In Particular, The Further Development Of The Crm Solution, The Maintenance And Expansion Of The Role-Based Authorization Model (Rbac), The Integration Of Other Specialist Procedures And Systems, The Support Of Ongoing Operations As Well As The Professional And Technical Advice To Gematik In The Further Development Of Its Crm And Iam Landscape. The Estimated Call Volume Of The Framework Agreement Includes Approximately 300 Person-Days For Adaptation And Support Services Over The Entire Contract Term, For The Roles Of Project Manager Or Consultant, Technical Consultant And Developer. The Services Are Provided On Demand Without Any Obligation To Accept. The Maximum Contract Term Is A Total Of Four (4) Years With Extension Options.
