These 4Th And 5Th Sequences Concern A Maximum Of: - 351 Housing Units (And Associated Lots) Located In The Co-Ownerships Cambacérès 26, Surcouf 27 And Vlaminck 31; - 41 Parking Spaces Located In The Junot, 41, Oudinot 43 And Lannes 45 Condominiums; - 1 Commercial Premises; - Maximum 15 Plots Of Land. All Expected Services Are Indicated Within The Cctp. The Nature Of The Public Contract Is As Follows: Service Contract Within The Meaning Of Article L.1111-4 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Service Contract Is Subject, Unless Otherwise Waived, To The Stipulations Of The Ccag 2021 Applicable To Public Contracts For Intellectual Services Approved By The Decree Of March 30, 2021. The Contract Is Treated At Unit Prices In Application Of Article R2112-6-1°, In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Single-Awarder Purchase Orders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R2162-1 Et Seq. On The One Hand, And R2162-13 And 14, On The Other Hand. The Services Will Be Carried Out According To The Needs Of The Etablissement Public Foncier Ile-De-France, By Issuing Successive Purchase Orders Notified To The Holder Until The Last Day Of Validity Of The Contract.
