The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation, Configuration And Provision Of Service And Warranty For The Aml System Supporting The Implementation Of Obligations Arising In Particular From The Aml Act, Eu Regulations In The Field Of Aml And The Eba And Gifi Guidelines. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 2.1 Conduct A Pre-Implementation Analysis; 2.2 Delivery Of The System Along With The Licenses Necessary To Use The System; 2.3 Configuration, Parameterization And Adaptation Of The System To The Requirements Of The Ordering Party; 2.4 Installation And Launch Of The System In The Ordering Partys Environment; 2.5 Integrating The System With External Systems; 2.6 Carry Out Data Migration To The Extent Specified By The Ordering Party; 2.7 Preparing And Conducting Tests Of The System; 2.8 Production Launch Of The System; 2.9 Providing Documentation; 2.10 Conducting Training For Users; 2.11 Providing Post-Implementation Services, Including Warranty Services And System Maintenance. 3. The Ordering Party Envisages Additional Orders Under The Option Right, Including: 3.1 Provision Of Development Services, 3.2 Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Launch Of The It Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of The System. 4. Exercising The Option Right Is An Option And Not An Obligation Of The Ordering Party. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against 5.
