The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Modular Spectrofluorimeter For Measuring Excitation, Emission And Luminescence Spectra In The Stokes And Uc Modes For Intibs Pan In Wrocław, On The Terms And Within The Scope Specified In The Draft Contract, In The Annexes To The Draft Contract And In The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Implementation Is Included In The Draft Contract With Annexes (Including A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Warranty Period For All Equipment: 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order Within A Maximum Of 18 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Contractor May Shorten The Order Completion Date Compared To The Deadline Indicated Above. The Offer Providing For A Shortened Implementation Period Will Receive Points In The Evaluation Of Offers Using The Criteria For Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer Specified In Chapter 13 Of This Tor.
