The Assignment Includes Further Support Of The Existing Environment As Well As The Implementation Of Projects, Advice, Third-Line Support And Managed Cybersecurity Services, Aimed At Detection And Response. This Scope Includes One-Off Implementation, Recurring Contract And Service Management, An Mxdr/Soc Basic Subscription Per Customer, Variable Costs Per Endpoint, Onboarding Of Additional Telemetry Sources, 24/7 On-Call Service, Semi-Annual Health Checks, Annual Roadmap Reviews And Transition-Out Support.
