The Procurement Includes Payment Solutions For Parking Fees And The Purpose Is To Offer Park Operators (The Person Who Pays The Parking Fee) A Simple Payment Solution Via Application, Sms And Voicemail To Pay Their Parking Fee Without Going To A Ticket Machine And That Payment Only Takes Place For Actual Parking Time At No Extra Cost. The Service In Its Basic Version (I.E. The Ability To Pay, Start And Stop The Parking) Must Be Cost-Neutral For Park Operators. The Fact That The Service Is Cost-Neutral For The Valet Driver Means That He Only Has To Pay For The Actual Parking Fee According To The Parking Tariff.
