The Use Of This Device Is Intended To Enable The Optical Examination Of Fluorescent Proteins, Dyes And Other Reagents In Living And Fixed Cells. The System Requires Combined Transmitted Illumination With Brightfield And Differential Phase Contrast, Widefield Epifluorescence, And Spinning Disk Confocal Microscopy For Imaging Fixed And Live Samples Including Single Cells, Organoids, Whole Embryos, And Organ Fragments.
