The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) The Lease Of One Fully Automatic Analyzer For Immunotransfusion Studies And One Manual Back Up Analyzer With Accessories, Computer Equipment And A Code Printer For A Period Of 24 Months, B) Successive Deliveries Of Reagents And Consumables For The Offered Equipment Over A Period Of 24 Months, C) Purchase Of A License Or Sublicense To Use The External Quality Control Program Run By The Institute Of Hematology And Transfusion In Warsaw For The Duration Contract (8 Tests), D) Connecting The Analyzer To A Laboratory It System Cooperating With The Hospital System (Information: Currently, The Ordering Party Uses The Proflab-Lis/Clinninet-His System), E) Conducting Initial Instruction And Training Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Proper Operation Of The Leased Analyzer And Manual Backup, F) Ensuring Participation In External Training Once A Year For Two Of The Ordering Partys Employees, G) Services Service During The Lease Period Of The Subject Of The Order On The Terms Specified In The Swz. The List Of Reagents And Consumables Is Included In Appendix No. 1 - Assortment And Price Form. The List Of Required Technical Parameters Of Analyzers And Reagents Is Included In Annex No. 1A - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
