Cleaning And Sanitation Services In Urban Or Rural Areas, And Related Services – Cleaning Works - Cleaning Of Municipal Roads, Squares And Open Areas In The Praga-Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw In 2026-2030. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting In Maintaining Cleanliness And Order On Municipal Roads, Squares And Open Areas Managed By The Praga-Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. The Service Includes Cleaning Works Aimed At Maintaining The Proper Sanitary Condition Of Public Spaces. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively With A Frequency Ensuring The Proper Sanitary Condition Of The Cleaned Areas Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Based On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Schedules And Orders Submitted To The Contractor. All Activities Covered By The Order Must Be Performed With Due Care, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Environmental Protection Requirements And Waste Management Regulations, As Well As Adapting To Traffic Intensity And Road Use. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Comprehensive Organization Of The Provision Of Services, Providing Appropriate Personnel, Equipment, Means Of Transport And All Materials Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. 2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order The Scope Of The Order Includes Services Related To Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Municipal Roads, Sidewalks, Squares, Parking Bays, Pedestrian Paths, Bicycle Paths And Open Areas. The Basic Duties Of The Contractor Include In Particular:  Mechanical And/Or Manual Cleaning Of The Road, Including Sidewalk Strips And Parking Bays,  Mechanical And/Or Manual Cleaning Of Sidewalks, Pedestrian Routes And Bicycle Paths,  Removal Of Sand, Mud, Leaves, Municipal Waste And Other Contamination From The Surface,  Mechanical Or Manual Weeding Of Curbs, Sidewalk Strips, Parking Bays And Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes,  Collection Of Waste From Open Areas,  Removal Of All Waste Generated During The Provision Of Services And Their Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. All Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order Becomes The Property Of The Contractor, Who Is Fully Responsible For Its Transport, Recovery Or Disposal In Accordance With The Waste Act And Applicable Implementing Regulations. 3. Option Right - Additional Scope Of Services As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Pzp Is Entitled To Commission The Contractor With Additional Scope Of Work Resulting From The Option Right, Specified In Annex No. 2A To This Contract. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Exercise The Option Right. Failure To Exercise The Option Right Does Not Constitute A Failure To Perform The Contract Or Improper Performance Of The Contract. The Contractor Has No Claim For Its Performance Or Payment. The Contractor Agrees To The Above. The Ordering Party Will Submit A Declaration On The Exercise Of The Option Right In Accordance With The Content Of Annex No. 2B To This Contract If There Is Such A Need And When It Has Funds To Finance The Order In The Scope Of
