The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Nowa Ruda Commune In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 (Basic Order), With The Option Right Covering The Provision Of Services In The Period From January 1, 2029 To December 31, 2029, On The Terms Set Out In This Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Municipal Services In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Nowa Ruda Commune, Originating From Owners Of Properties Covered By The Municipal Waste Management System, Including: I. Residential Properties And Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Separately Collected Waste: Paper, Glass, Plastics And Metals, Multi-Material Packaging Waste, Bio-Waste, Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment As Well As Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste. Ii. Uninhabited Properties - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Separately Collected Waste: Paper, Glass, Plastics And Metals, Multi-Material Packaging Waste And Bio-Waste; Iii. Point Of Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Pszok) - In The Scope Of Fractions Specified In Opz, Including, Among Others: Paper, Plastics, Glass, Multi-Material Packaging Waste, Bio-Waste, Hazardous Waste, Expired Medicines And Chemicals, Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste, Generated In Households As A Result Of Taking Medicinal Products In The Form Of Injections And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes, Used Batteries And Accumulators, Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Furniture And Other Bulky Waste, Used Tires, Textiles And Clothing As Well As Construction And Demolition Waste From Households. In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Includes Emptying 120 Street Bins, Equipping Properties Covered By The System, Including Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes, With The Required Containers, As Well As Removing Waste From Places Not Intended For Storage Or Storage - In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz).
