It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – L-Bank - Europe-Wide Award Of An Ai-Supported Solution For Processing Parental Allowance Applications And Evidence In The Negotiation Process With Participation Competition According To Vgv. The Solution Must Include The Following Components: - Ai-Supported Processing Of Applications And Evidence - Checking And Correcting The Processing Results - Integration Into The L-Bank System Landscape - Provision And Operation - Implementation, Introduction And Further Development Services The Solution Should Enable Subsequent Use By Other Public Bodies, Funding Institutes Or Responsible Authorities. The Solution Must Be Designed Technically And In Terms Of Licensing So That Other State Funding Institutes, Parental Allowance Offices Or Other Authorities Can Be Integrated As Additional Users. For This Purpose, Technical Rules, Document Types, Data Fields And Configurations Must Be Designed To Be Client- Or Process-Specific. The Contractor Must Grant L-Bank The Necessary Rights Of Use, Transfer And Sub-Licensing. In Particular, L-Bank Must Be Authorized To Grant Other Public Bodies Usage Rights To The Solution And To Enable Them To Access The Solution. The Contract Is Scheduled To Be Concluded By The End Of March 2027. The Contract Is Scheduled To Begin On April 1, 2027 And Have A Term Of 24 Months With An Optional Extension Of One Year Each, Unless It Is Terminated Six Months Before Expiry. The Initial Contract Period Of 24 Months Covers Project Implementation Including Adaptation And Introduction As Well As Subsequent Productive Operation.
