The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of An Operator To Manage The Separately Collected Municipal Waste Sorting Facility In Slavonski Brod, Intended For The Reception, Sorting, Mechanical Processing, Temporary Storage And Preparation For Recovery Of Separately Collected Recyclable Municipal Waste. The Sorting Plant Is Intended For The Processing Of Paper And Cardboard, Plastic, Metal, Glass And Other Recyclable Fractions Of Waste Collected In The Area Of ​​The City Of Slavonski Brod. The Operation Of The Sorting Plant Will Contribute To Increasing The Recycling Rate, Reducing The Amount Of Waste Intended For Disposal And Achieving The National And European Goals Of The Circular Economy. Separately Collected Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Metal, Glass And Other Recyclable Waste Will Be Delivered To The Sorting Plant For Additional Sorting, Increasing The Purity Of Individual Fractions And Preparation For Recycling. After The Sorting Process, The Separated Fractions Will Be Handed Over To Authorized Processors And Recoverers, Which Will Increase The Use Of Secondary Raw Materials And The Efficiency Of The Waste Management System. Within The Scope Of The Procurement, The Operator Is Obliged To Ensure Regular And Preventive Plant Maintenance, Equipment Servicing, Procurement Of Necessary Spare And Consumable Parts, Training Of Employees For Safe Work, And Preparation And Application Of Instructions For Operation And Maintenance Of Equipment Approved By The Client. The Manager Of The Sorting Plant Is Responsible For The Organization Of Plant Operation, Management Of The Technological Process Of Sorting, Coordination Of Employees, Keeping Prescribed Records And Reports, Maintenance Of Plant And Equipment, And Organization Of Placement Of Separated Secondary Raw Materials. It Is Also Obliged To Ensure The Implementation Of All Contractual Obligations, Occupational Safety Measures, Environmental Protection And Other Obligations Prescribed By Current Legislation. The Estimated Value Of The Purchase For A Period Of Five (5) Years Is Eur 1,075,000.00 Without Vat, Or A Maximum Of Eur 215,000.00 Per Year. The Stated Amount Represents The Maximum Compensation That The Client Can Pay To Cover The Difference Between The Justified Costs And Realized Revenues Of Managing The Sortirnica, With An Assumed Minimum Input Quantity Of Approximately 3,200 T/Year And A Separation Efficiency Of 60%, I.E. The Achievement Of The Target Amount Of At Least 1,917 T/Year Of Waste Prepared For Recycling. The Operational Fee (Gate Fee) For Quantities Of Separately Collected Waste Up To 3,200 T/Year, Taken From The User, Is 0.00 Eur/T, With The Obligation To Achieve A Minimum Amount Of 1,917 T/Year Of Waste Prepared For Recycling. For Quantities That Exceed The Specified Threshold, The Operator Can Propose An Operating Fee In Accordance With The Actual Costs Of Waste Treatment, With The Prior Written Approval Of The Client. The Clients Compensation Is Intended Exclusively To Cover The Justified Costs Of Managing The Sortirnica, Including The Costs Of Employee Labor, Overhead Costs And Plant Maintenance Costs.
