The Object Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision Of A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, As The Contractor Selected For The Public Procurement Should Perform, For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, Starting From The Signing Of The Contract, Services For Subscription Technical Maintenance Of The Office Equipment Of The Kazanlak Public Transport Service, Including The Delivery Of The Necessary Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables For The Office Equipment By Subject And Volume According To The Technical Specification Of The Order. The Contractor Will Have The Obligation To Keep The Contracting Partys Computer Equipment And Peripheral Devices In Working Order For The Duration Of The Contract, By Performing: Initial Review Of The Equipment Subject To Subscription; Periodic Technical Preventive Examinations - Monthly; Elimination Of Software And Hardware Problems Arising In Connection With The Operation Of The Equipment; At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Carries Out Repairs Of Portable Computers, Presentation Equipment, Active Network Equipment, Repair And Adjustment Of Defective Blocks And Units; Eliminates Accidents That Have Occurred On Site At The Employer During Working Hours - From 8:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. When A Complex Defect Is Detected, The Contractor Replaces The Defective Device With A Serviceable One, With The Same Or Better Technical And Functional Parameters Until The Damage Is Removed; Provides The Necessary Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables For The Office Equipment, Which Are New, Original Or Compatible With The Equipment Of The Employer And Removes The Damages That Appeared During The Contract. When Devices Are Out Of Warranty, They Are Described By The Contractor And Serviced By Him Under The Terms Of The Contract. In The Implementation Of The Activities Under Item 1, The Legislation In Force In The Country, All Normative Documents Concerning The Subject Of The Order, Rules, Regulations And Standards In The Field Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Fire Prevention, Technical, Etc., Shall Be Observed.
