Construction Work - Deammonification Of Leachates From Sewage Sludge Dewatering In The Side Sewage As Part Of The Project Entitled Modernization And Expansion Of The Tarnów Sewage Treatment Plant.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Tarnów In The Scope Of Construction Of An Installation For Nitrogen Removal From Leachates From Sludge Thickening And Dewatering. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula Based On Technical Documentation In The Form Of A Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) With Annexes. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Main Stages: 1. Stage 1: Design - Including In Particular The Preparation Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation (Technological Concept, Construction Design, Executive/Technical Designs, Bioz Plan), Carrying Out Authors Supervision, Conducting An Inventory And Obtaining A Final Decision On Environmental Conditions (If Required) And A Final Decision On The Construction Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 2. Stage 2: Construction And Assembly Works - Including In Particular The Preparation, Development And Subsequent Liquidation Of The Construction Site, Performance Of The Full Scope Of Construction, Assembly And Finishing Works, Physical Construction Of Facilities, Delivery And Assembly Of Machines, Devices And Technological Equipment (Including The Daf Flotation Node And Fittings) And Execution Of Internal Installations And Inter-Facility Networks, Completed With A Successful Mechanical Start-Up. 3. Stage 3: Training, Commissioning, Takeover Of Works From The Contractor - Including In Particular Carrying Out Pre-Commissioning And Hydraulic Tests And Full Technological (Biological) Commissioning Along With Stabilization Of The Deammonification Process, Performing Accredited Laboratory Tests, Conducting Comprehensive Training Of The Users Staff, Preparing As-Built And Commissioning Documentation And Obtaining A Final, Valid Decision On The Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. For The Use Of The Newly Built Installation. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order In Detail Using This Swz, The Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 8 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). In The Event Of Any Discrepancies, Contradictions Or Inconsistencies Between The Provisions Of These Documents, The Provisions That Impose Higher Requirements On The Contractor, Provide For More Favorable Technical, Qualitative Or Functional Parameters, Or Specify A Wider Scope Of Services To The Ordering Party Are Considered Binding And Superior. Both The Documentation Prepared By The Contractor As Part Of The Design Work, As Well As All Construction And Assembly Works, Deliveries And Installations Of Equipment Carried Out Throughout The Entire Order, Must Be Fully Compliant With These Stringent Requirements. The Contractor Cannot Rely On Less Demanding Provisions Or Discrepancies In The Documentation As A Basis For Demanding Additional Remuneration Or Extending The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Agreement. While Performing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With All Health And Safety Regulations, Procedures And Operating Instructions
