The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Appoint An Architect Responsible For The Renovation, Transformation And Energy Renovation Of The Municipal Building Located Grand-Rue 5 In L-9530 Wiltz. A Preliminary Feasibility Study Has Been Carried Out And Will Be Made Available To Bidders. It Constitutes The Reference Base For The Development Of The Project. The Mission Begins With The Analysis Of This Feasibility Study And The Development Of The Summary Preliminary Project (Aps) And The Final Preliminary Project (Apd). It Then Covers All Architectural Services Until Final Acceptance Of The Work And Submission Of The “As Built” File, While Respecting The Functional, Architectural, Heritage, Environmental And Financial Objectives Of The Client.
