The Subject Of Procurement Is The Transportation Of Waste From Recycling Yards To The County Waste Management Center Marišćina I Metis D.D., I.E. The Collection (Loading), Weighing And Transportation Of Waste, Which Includes The Following Types Of Waste: Bulky Waste, Wood, Biodegradable Waste, Tires, Metals, Hard Plastics And Household Appliances (Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Stoves, Boilers, Radiators And Hoods). The Responsibility Of The Owner Of The Waste (Ordering Party) Ends At The Moment The Waste Is Taken Over By The Bidder. The Client Is Not Responsible For Any Omissions Of The Business Entity - Service Provider, Nor For Damage Caused To Third Parties. Proof Of Service Performance Consists Of: - A Copy Of The Accompanying Sheet Certified By The Client And The Economic Entity That Provides The Transport Service, And - Original Weighing Documents Issued By The Authorized Economic Entity.
