The Hannover Medical School (Mhh) Is The Largest Medical Care Facility In Lower Saxony With 1,520 Beds, Around 60,000 Inpatients, Around 3,500 Semi-Inpatients And Around 433,000 Outpatients And Around 10,000 Employees. The State Of Lower Saxony, Represented By The Ministry Of Science And Culture (Mwk), Has Decided To Have A Replacement Building Built For The Forensic Medicine Branch Of The Hannover Medical School (Mhh) On The New Medical Campus Of The University Of Oldenburg On Pophankeweg In Oldenburg. The Branch Of The Institute For Forensic Medicine Of The Mhh In Oldenburg Is Responsible For Basic Forensic Medical Care In Western Lower Saxony, From Osnabrück To Emden And Bremen. In Order To Realize The Project, The Mhh Is Looking For A Specialist Planner For The Technical Building Equipment Hlsk (System Groups 1,2,3 And 7,8) As Part Of This Award Procedure. The Other Required Specialist Planning (Structural Planning, Object Planning, Etc.) Will Be Advertised In Separately Published Procurement Procedures. The Scope Of Services To Be Procured Is Basically Based On The Hoai. A Gradual Commissioning In Performance Levels Is Planned. The Client Reserves The Right To Limit The Commission To Partial Services Of Individual Service Levels/Service Phases Or To Individual Sections Of The Construction Project.
