The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Includes Joint Purchase Of Energy And Settlement Services For 11 Ppes Connected To The Network Of One Dso. One Comprehensive Contract And The Same Unit Price Of Energy Enable Joint Balancing Of Purchases And Uniform Settlements. Division By Facility Would Require Separate Handling Of Vendor Changes And Invoicing, And Small Ppes Could Obtain Less Favorable Pricing Terms. Participation Of Consortiums And Subcontractors Is Possible.
