Consulting Services For Water-Supply And Waste Consultancy – Drinking Water Master Plan With Territorial Diagnosis Of Access To Water And Water Safety Management Plan (Pgsse). The Consultation Aims To Respond To 3 Obligations Concerning Drinking Water: -A Drinking Water Master Plan Including A Detailed Description, A Diagnosis Of The Works (Production, Transport, Storage) And A Costed And Prioritized Action Program. -A Territorial Diagnosis Of Access To Water: Under Article L2224-7-2 Of The Cgct, It Is Necessary To Identify People With No Or Little Access To Drinking Water Throughout The Territory In Order To Have A Strategy For Reducing Water Poverty -A Water Health Safety Management Plan (Pgsse): This Approach Aims To Identify Dangers Throughout The Production And Distribution Chain To Prevent Health Risks. The Mission Is Broken Down Into 3 Phases Divided Into 10 Firm Sections And 6 Optional Sections. The Expected Mission Includes Stages, Including Phasing, And Organization Will Be Proposed By The Candidate. It Is Expected That A Team Will Be Set Up To Advance The Various Studies Simultaneously, For Reasons Of Efficiency And Promotion Of Common Approaches. For The Completion Of Each Tranche And Each Phase, The Details Of The Missions And Objectives To Be Achieved Are Indicated In The Cctp. The Deliverables And Presentation Conditions Are Also Indicated In The Cctp. The Service Provider Must Ensure Consistency Between Phases, Guarantee The Quality Of Deliverables, And Demonstrate Availability And Responsiveness Throughout The Mission. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices
