The Technical Specification Contains The Clients Requirements For The Form Of The New Essl Solution, Its Operation And Service Support. The Cited Requirements Are Supplemented By A List Of Functional And Non-Functional Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Subject Of Public Procurement.
