The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Provision Of Subscription Support For The Workflow Accounting Software Implemented In The Ministry Of Energy, Including Its Related Modules, Applications, Databases And Functionalities. The Participant Should Be The Developer (Copyright Holder) Of The Accounting Software Workflow Or A Person Authorized By The Developer Or His Official Representative With Rights To Distribution (Territorial Distribution) And Support Of The Accounting Software. To Certify The Above, The Participant Should Submit A Copy Of A Document Proving These Rights, In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Translation Into Bulgarian, With Its Technical Proposal.
