The Announced Act Systemic & Horizontal Interventions To Strengthen The Mental Health Of Beneficiaries / Involved In The Coispe Is A Landmark Intervention In The Field Of Socio-Economic Integration As Well As Professional Integration Of People With Serious Psychosocial Problems. Aligned With The Applicable European And National Policies On Mental Health At Work, The Relevant Act Has As Its Mission The Defense, Protection And Promotion Of The Health Of The Population, Through The Planning And Implementation Of Public Health Policies, The Assurance Of Universal And Equal Access To The Provision Of Qualitatively And Quantitatively Adequate Health Care Services By The National Health System, As Well As The Regulation Of The Operation And The Exercise Of Supervision In The Health Care Agencies Of The Private Sector. Its Physical Object Consists In An Integrated Network Of Specialized Consulting And Administrative Support Services For The Operational Implementation Of The New Institutional Framework Of The Ongoing Psychiatric Reform In Greece. This Institutional Framework Includes, Among Others, Law 2716/1999 Where In Article 12 Par.1 Social Cooperatives With Limited Liability (Koispe) And The Panhellenic Federation Of Social Cooperatives With Limited Liability (Pokoispe) Are Mentioned As Social Structures That Aim At The Socio-Economic And Professional Reintegration Of People With Serious Psychosocial Problems And Contribute To Their Treatment And In Their Financial Self-Sufficiency As Much As Possible, As Well As Recently The Law 5129/2024 (Government Gazette A 124) Entitled Completion Of Psychiatric Reform Where In Article 17 Are Added The Cases Which Essentially Complete The Operation Of The Coispe As Support Bodies For The Transition Of Individuals With Serious Psychosocial Problems, To The Free Market Through Supported Employment Interventions. In The Framework Of The Announced Contract, The Contractor Is Invited To Strengthen With Research, Studies, Standard Procedures, Methodological Tools And Training, Within The Coispe Ecosystem, The Mental Health Of Employees Who Face Significant Problems Due To Exposure To Psychosocial Risk Factors At Work. At The Same Time, It Will Provide The Required Specialized Recording, Evaluation And Utilization Of The Data, In Order To Draw Valid Conclusions Both From Pokoispe, And More Broadly From The Ministry Of Health. In Addition To Its Conceptual, Methodological And Educational Background, The Project Includes The Provision Of Consulting And On-Site Support Services And Systemic Interventions In Coispe (On Execution Services), With The Aim Of The Operational Implementation Of Standardized Procedures To Strengthen The Organizational Culture, As Well As The Creation Of An Advocacy And Self-Representation Mechanism.
