Uninhabited Real Estate Listed In Part B, Point Ii Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Not Covered By The Municipal Municipal Waste Management System, I.E.: • Facilities Owned Or Managed By The Witnica Commune And Its Organizational Units Without Legal Personality - In This Respect, The Witnica Commune Purchases The Service On Its Own Behalf, As The Owner Or Manager Of These Properties; • Facilities Managed By The Municipal Cultural Center In Witnica (Municipal Cultural Center, Municipal Stadium And Village Community Centers In Nowiny Wielkie And Kamień Mały - Mdk Branches) - In This Respect, The Witnica Commune Purchases The Service On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Witnica, As An Ordering Party Authorized Under Art. 38 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law And The Agreement On Joint Conduct Of The Proceedings. The Services Related To The Facilities Of The Witnica Commune And The Municipal Cultural Center, Referred To Above, Are Not Financed From The Municipal Waste Management Fee. 1.2. The Collection Will Cover Municipal Waste Collected Selectively, Divided Into Fractions: A. Unsegregated (Mixed); B. Paper; C. Plastics, Including Multi-Material Packaging And Metal; D. Glass; E. Biodegradable Waste; F. Problematic Waste; G. Christmas Trees Placed Next To Containers Or Container Shelters After Christmas; H. Medicines Collected In Containers Placed In Pharmacy Points In The City And Commune Of Witnica. 1.3. Collection Of Municipal Waste And Provision Of Containers For The Above-Mentioned. Waste From Selected Uninhabited Properties (Municipal Organizational Units, Public Utility Facilities And Cultural Institutions). An Exhaustive, Unified And Final Catalog Of These Facilities Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (In Part B). The Contractor Provides The Service To The Ordering Party (Witnica Commune), Who Is The Only One Who Confirms The Performance Of The Service On The Basis Of Collective Reports And Waste Transfer Cards (Kpo/Kpok). 1.4. Providing Bags For Selective Waste Collection. 1.5. Collection Of Waste From A Selective Waste Collection Point Enabling Free Transfer By Owners Of Residential Properties Of Waste Indicated In Point 1. The Point Is Located In The Witnica Commune In Białczyk, No More Than 3 Km From The Witnica City And Commune Office. The Contractor Will Equip The Selective Waste Collection Point With The Necessary Equipment For Loading Waste And Containers.
