The Subject Of This Tender Is The Property Planning Services In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai (Service Phases 5-9) As Well As The Outdoor Facility Planning Services In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai (Service Phases 5-9). The Construction Project Is Supported With Public Funds. The Client Reserves The Right To Commission Individual Service Phases In Stages. There Is No Legal Right To The Transfer Of All Service Phases. If Service Phases Are Called Off, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Respective Services.
