The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live. 2) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Located In Końskowola, Ul. Pożowska 2A. 3) Preparing And Providing Owners Of Serviced Properties With An Educational And Information Leaflet On The Municipal Waste Management System In The Końskowola Commune, Containing An Agreed Schedule In The Amount Of 3,200 Pieces. 4) Providing Property Owners With Bags For Collecting Waste (Except Ash Bags) For The Duration Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Contract. The Approximate Amount Of Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties And Pszok Will Be Approximately 2,275.78 Mg. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Point 4) Section Pzp. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Volume Of Waste Specified In Total By Up To 5% (More Or Less) And May Transfer The Increased Or Reduced Volume Of Waste To The Contractor Without Any Negative Legal Consequences.
