The Subject Of The Concession Procedure Is To Ensure The Safe And Smooth Operation Of Water Management Assets After 2026, In Accordance With National Legislation, In Particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Supply Systems And Sewers For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, As Amended. The Water Management Property Consists Of A Functionally Connected Set Of Water Infrastructure Owned By The City Of Roztoky And The Company Vuab Pharma A.S. (Hereinafter Referred To As Vuab), Which Will Be Operated As A Single Operating Unit For The Duration Of The Concession. These Are: - Waterworks (Suchdol – Feeder Line, Roztoky/Město Roztoky – Distribution Water Network, Roztoky U Prahy – Feeder Line) Owned By The City Of Roztoky. - Sewerage (Roztoky/ City Of Roztoky/ Roztoky Near Prague – City – Sewer Network) Owned By The City Of Roztoky. - Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Owned By The City Of Roztoky. - Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Owned By Vuab. - Sludge Terminal Owned By Vuab.
